| MAIN ARTICLE - simple and easy By: Coach Ratliff Head Instructor Chikwang Dojo Simple and Easy: You should know that if you are more then 20 pounds over weight, Your health is in danger1 this is why success in weight loss and control should be Your one and only overriding objective. You are over weight or just plain old every day fat, then weight loss most certaily is your main concern as well as you good health. there is of course things more important in your life then this one objective at this time. but your time might just be cut short, because of the weight. I know, You know and so do the med profession that weight, and obesity present a wide array of health problems. So is your health worth more then gold? If so then weight loss, control and maintance should be modified, and put in the forefront of other things in your life. Why such a high prority for weigth loss and the fight on obesity? Well the biggest concern is that obesity is a root cause or a larg part to most major disease and condition. if your are greatly over wieght then you should know, (how do you feel most of the time?)is this a call for top priority? good health can be your, you desire it wouldn't you agree? Let's keep it simple, 1. make the time 2. Schedule Your exercising. 3.check the dragon speak's newsletter for a plan, a meal, a program Now here the big thing! Fellow the plan. Just that simple: ------- most people are busy, and just don't have the time or will not be ablwe to work out every day, nor will they be able to get to the gym, the good news is that with the chikwang's plans, you dont need a daily work out or a gym. got a minute? lose the fat. Just that simple. ---- 30 minutes*** 3 day a week, that all (of couse 5 day would be better) but it is more important that you do some thing than doing a lot that you might not stick with. Look, we want to set you up for success,so that you will stick with us, therefore nothen complicated. arm waving, knee lifts, walk and fart, just that simple, why? to help burn the cals. we use tactics that are made so that you can keep it up, you'll be knocking out work outs before you know it and not miss a day. By taking small steps (not little) you won't feel like you failed just because you miss a work out or two (more then two then ?) We do not have most boxer in the gym every day (only a few ) they work, have family and just get tired. ost have to make time fit. 8-9 hour a day job, the family, that big mouth coach, a head ace, ect: ect. it can be rough. The eating department: diet my ass, I will eat and eat a lot, then I go back on my diet thing. it's a big challenge. but you know what? I could just not stick with a plan and not foul up, so here's what I did to get over that. get back on the horse as soon as I could, commit to do better next time, not beqt myself uo over it. simplistic? you better belife it. ------ What do you need? consistency... find your plan, stick with it as much as you can, fall, get back on it do it all over again, dont change plan. just make it a better fight next go around. that how we do it> ---- with time your I did it days will out number the I drop the ball days, and that lead to you been truly successful in the end. this is how we train champions, one day, one step, on thing at a time. you got over weight and out of shap that way.
