They just don’t say so. What is your body image like? do you like it? would you like to change it?
There is no need to starve yourself to keep that top model look, how ever it is important that you take care of your body and do work on it from time to time.
There is so many adds for weight loss, weight loss wonder pills, and instant fat away diet plans.
Were do you start? What is the best way to go, Under the knife? or what!
Companies spend millions of dollars on marketing to attract you to their products by using miracle weight loss commercials, all done by people who are paid handsomely to help part you and your money.
I will tell you this, which is real life.
(1) Eat only when your are really hungry not because of the time, for get those three squares a day.
by doing this your body will find it's own weight level, yes it will adjust itself to where it should be.
(2) Add a little movement and the weight adjust faster, notice I did not say exercise, just movement.
movement of any kind. Just stand in the middle of the floor and walk for a few, go around in
circles, id does not matter, just move.
(3) Do not diet, do not diet, do not diet (one last time! DO NOT DIET) Why?
How many time have you did this and not make the weight? and felt bad for not making it? Do Not Diet.
Here's what you do (watch what and how much you do eat) Do no diet.
What we call a diet plan in the Chikwang programs are just meal subjection, eve if we do call them diet plans.
(4) Eat a variety of foods, Fruits and veggie should be a large part of each meal.
Being physically active (any movement) is good exercise. Going for walks, bicycling, working with lots of movement and the best one we use in the gym (jump rope) now this is an ass kicker weight loss exercise.
Fat? Over weight? Out of shape? Then you should (only you can be) Dedicated to the Cure.
The Chikwang's approach is simple: work...Control... results
Work: movement is an opportunity to take control, the first step in getting the results you may want.
Control: what goes in (your meals, body, and exercise programs)builds the results you will get.
Results: are that which you have control over, by the control movement you have made, such
as Exercise, meal plans, and day to day mental preparation.
How do all of this come about? it emerge as you take steps at your own pace, without rushing yourself through any aspect of it. No super diets, no magical pills, no other then self.
